STAGE 1: LETTER OF INTENT
The deadline for submitting the completed electronic Letter of Intent is July 28, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Applicants will receive an automated e-mail reply indicating that the electronic Letter of Intent application was received and that the applicant should proceed with the full proposal.

STAGE 2: FULL PROPOSAL
The deadline for submitting the completed electronic Full Proposal application is August 25 at 5:00 PM.

**Please note:  If you submit a hard copy for your Letter of Intent, you must complete a Cover Page (see below) and submit a hard copy for the Full Narrative Proposal.

There is currently $827,463 million remaining in Applicant Defined Grant funding for 2010.

Though cities, hospitals and universities are allowed to submit 2 proposals per each Foundation Defined Grant (FDG) round, all entities are only allowed to submit one Applicant Defined Grant (ADG) per calendar year.  If you are unsure if another department within your organization has already applied for an ADG this year, please contact Karen Cornish at 816.242.0706 to inquire before beginning the lengthy application process.  Thank you.
